1. Application Process: Company Research: Before applying, I took time to explore various job positions available at the company and pinpointed one that genuinely piqued my interest. Resume and Cover Letter: I crafted a tailored resume and cover letter aligning closely with the job description to highlight my qualifications most relevant to the role, aiming to avert immediate rejection. Application Submission: Following a meticulous review of my application materials, I submitted them and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from a recruiter the next Tuesday, scheduling a 30-minute preliminary interview session. 2. Interview: Timing: The interview was fixed for 8 AM (U.S. time) and conducted over Zoom. Structure: Small Talk: The interview commenced with a few minutes of casual conversation, during which we ensured the correct pronunciation of my name, fostering a friendly and respectful atmosphere from the outset. Company Introduction: The recruiter then spent about 10 minutes elucidating various facets of the company, sharing even those details not openly available on their official website, providing a deeper insight into the company's operations and culture. Question and Answer Session: The next 20 minutes were allocated to a structured Q&A session where I was queried about my interest in the role, my expectations, and other pertinent details. This session also entertained a discussion about advocacy and an exploration of my specific interest in the company. Engaging the Interviewer: In the closing segment of the interview, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, fostering a two-way dialogue and enabling me to gain a richer understanding of the role and the company. 3. Post-Interview: Feedback Request: Regrettably, I received a rejection email 15 minutes post-interview. Seeking to understand the decision better and foster personal growth, I requested feedback. I appreciated receiving detailed feedback the subsequent day, shedding light on areas for potential improvement.

So what would be the salary that you would be looking for in order to make a move there? 9, Do you know what your notice? Is please because I know it what you'll notice is so how much notice you would have to give to your current employer if you were to make a move to a new spot. 10, Just confirm that you do have right work within the US no restrictions I need to be aware of.
