Interview
Screening, Hiring Manager & Another AE, Mock Discovery call, Presentation Meeting, and final Leadership meeting. It was very long and arduous and frustrating that it did not yield a positive outcome at the end. I imagine a company like Figma probably has many candidates make it to those final rounds. That being said, they were all very nice and helped with preparation along the way.

In der Zwischenzeit immer wieder Abstimmungen mit HR, was sehr hilfreich war. Guter Ablauf, anspruchsvolle Tasks, aber machbar.
Mehrstufiger Prozess.
Wurde sehr klar besprochen, was in welcher Stufe erwartet wird.
Demo am zum Ende des Prozesses wurde gut von Firmen Seite betreut.
Leider habe ich am Ende kein Angebot bekommen.
