Interview
The interview process fairly standard, but what surprised me was that, when I finally met the hiring manager, most of the questions didn’t seem particularly aligned with my background or experience. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it made the subsequent automated rejection feel even more disconnected. I reached out for feedback to better understand the decision, but my message went unanswered, which was disappointing.
