I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Figma (New York, NY) in Dec 2023
Interview
Recruiter call, hiring manager and director, peer and then panel. The process, specially for the panel, is very time consuming and not transparent at all, after 3 weeks and no answer I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear I haven’t passed. I was expecting a more respectful process specially when a candidate invests so much time on preparation, but apparently this is a best practice when it comes to sales interviews at Figma
-very smooth process but there are 5 rounds of interviews
- standard: recruiter, hiring manager, team, presentation, final interview
- only made it onto the second round
- they said they're looking for someone who is intellectually curious

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Figma (Berlin) in Oct 2025

1. HR Call
2. Manager Call
3. Director Call
4. Role Play
5. Final Interview
Mehrstufiger Prozess.
