Although it didn't pan out, I had a really positive experience interviewing with the Figma People team. Everyone - from the recruiting folks to the hiring manager to the interviewers - were so friendly, engaged, and thoughtful. I felt fully ready for the conversations thanks to the prep and feedback provided throughout the process. The employer brand is really strong and I'd definitely be open to exploring future opportunities with the company.
