There were too many rounds, expectations were unrealistic and the recruiter reposted the role on LinkedIn while active interviews for the position was ongoing. The content manager for another region also clearly stated during my interview that the role was too diverse and the hiring manager was expecting too much. I was required to complete a take home assessment where the objectives were not shared clearly. The panel seemed book smart but was unrealistic in their requirements. The focus was clearly solely on KPIs and not what I could bring to the table from a skillset standpoint.
