Figma Onboarding Manager interview questions

I had one call with the recruiter, and another one with the hiring manager. I did not progress beyond this point in the process. This was a negative experience for me for a few reasons. I chased the recruiter for a month to get an update on my status after the call with HM. When I did finally hear back, I was told they decided to shift gears and would continue the process with only technical candidates -- which was incredibly frustrating to hear as my interview included zero questions about my technical capabilities or experience, which is an area I have quite a bit of experience in as a professional services veteran who currently holds a "Technical Client Lead" title. Overall, the lack of communication and an interview that didn't at all seem relevant to what they were looking for felt like a waste of my time.
