Pretty standard interview process and the conversations were mediocre at best. The questions that were asked throughout the interviews did not accurately depict on how it would translate to the role. Despite undergoing the full round of interviews, the boiler plate rejection email was used and this clearly shows their lack of attention for candidate experience. If someone is investing their time and energy in an interview process and is this far along, it's common courtesy and sense to have a phone call to relay the news and offer feedback.
I understand the legality behind feedback and not disclosing areas of opportunities/negatives, but even relaying areas the candidates did well in would've been helpful.
I'm not upset, I'm just disappointed in their interview process
