I applied online. I interviewed at Figma (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Having gone through 6 different interview's, and being asked to wait through their winter break (two weeks) between stages, I was sent a templated rejection email timed for 6pm on the East Coast of the US with absolutely no meaningful feedback.
When I asked for feedback I was told it wasn't policy to give feedback at that stage of the process. How a company thinks its fair to say that after a candidate has been on SIX different 45 minute interviews is beyond me.
I then asked for my data under GDPR - the recruiter got the privacy officer to tell me that since feedback isn't linked to an individual "to protect their assessment processes" they wouldn't share it with me via that route either.
Absolutely terrible. Do yourselves a favour and steer clear. It's not worth your time to put in so much effort just to be treated like that at the end.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of different, structured questions across different individuals. All came prepared and were making notes, so why would it have been so difficult to give structured feedback?
