After meeting the hiring manager, I was left wondering what the outcome was. After chasing a couple of internal stakeholders, they told me they did not want to proceed with my application in favour of other candidates. I then found out they did not accept the offer but they never put me back in the process. They ended up scheduling a call with me and then ghosted me.
