Interview
I interviewed with the Talent Manager for a Senior Recruiter position in London. Unfortunately, the interview process felt like a complete waste of time. The Talent Manager appeared disengaged and mentioned during our conversation that they had already made their decision after interviewing other candidates. They only proceeded with my interview to enhance the overall candidate experience.
It was a pretty simple process and I enjoyed my experience. The people there are very nice and I felt welcomed throughout my entire experience. I really loved my experience.

Interview
Unfortunately experience was unpleasant.
Zoom call with interviewer.
After greetings the Recruiter shown no empathy at all, just interested in making questions from a list and getting straight answers, no chances to build any kind of human connection or having an exchange. Recruiter didn't wanted to take the time to introduce about developments from the company or the challenges expected from the position. I had to ask if i could have some question to discover more about the company.
Recruiter is the first point of contact and Brand Ambassador from the company and the experience was disappointing.
It is a shame because the company and product are amazing, but thinking that you would work directly within the same team stopped me to go further in the process before waiting any feedback.
