Recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview with the managers. There was no phone screening. The interview was a teams video meeting. It was a friendly conversation that I felt went well. They spoke a lot about what the job entails and the type of person they were looking for, and I provided examples of why I would be a good fit. At the end, I was told I would hear back within two weeks. I followed up with both the recruiter and manager (separately) after two weeks has past, and neither responded.
