I applied online and received an email from the company to schedule a phone screening. The call went well and I was invited to attend a webinar covering the company operations and hiring process. I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone and then arranged a video conference with the hiring manager and the regional manager - during the video call they offered me a different position but I declined.
