Interview
This company should be blacklisted !!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at D+H (Thiruvananthapuram) in September 2017.
I never faced such kind of worst interview process and people anywhere.
They are conducting the interview for the head count. I attended the interview for the same role in two consecutive years.
For the first time I cleared the first round and they didn't call me for the next round even after follow-ups. They never said I am not eligible, but to wait and wait. I drop it after 2 months.
The second time, along with 5 of my friend I attended the interview since I want a job change . I cleared 4 rounds of interview including a stupid aptitude test. It took more than 3 months have this 4 rounds. They were so irresponsible to maintain a proper communication. Finally they said the same word ‘wait and wait’.
Out of my 5 friends , 3 cleared 4-5 rounds of interview , but no one got any kind of proper response what is next . After a month some of us got call again from them to attend a FRESH one, they were claiming that this is for new projects and they were not ready to reveal what happened to the previous.
Then we realize that this is FAKE. It was very disappointing that they do conduct WALK-IN and do the same.
Please don’t fall in the same thing even after reading this post.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Many rounds were there , They asked some stupid question and nothing related to the role .
People working for different products were interviewing one by one as if they don't have any other work
Smooth and easy for me. They were kind and professional in the same time. Which meant enough for me at that moment. I think that gives more chances to many who might not show their value from the first sight.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Finastra in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process was one long interview (90 min, 3 30 min 1:1’s) after the initial screening with the recruiter. It was very relaxed and wonderful to meet so many people at the company so quickly
