I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Finish Line (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2011
Interview
Fairly easy. Just have to be motivated to do well. The store I applied for was a new store and were looking for young adults to come in and drive revenue through sells. I was interviewed by a manager from a different store who had been with the company for 6+ years. I would say the interview process was fairly easy. Some advice I would pass along would be to take the opportunity as a growing experience as you will be able to add to your resume if you continue down the path of sales
