1 - Recruiter call 2 - Short behavioral round with an engineer 3 - Take home assignment / Demo 4 - Leet code round 5 - Behavioral round I did not make it past the take home assignment. I really enjoyed the take home assignment -- but it didn't feel like they even reviewed it. I emailed my Github link days prior my demo was scheduled. I demo-ed the app for 20mns and asked for feedback and was not really told anything concrete. I assumed it's because they would review the code after the fact. But after talking to the recruiter, he did tell me they chose not to move forward (which is fine) but also had 0 feedback on the code. So what's the point of building something, running a demo, and not providing feedback? So it felt like a waste of time honestly. Would not recommend.
