Two rounds of interviews leading into case study. Spent a few hours on a presentation...only to later find out they brought NINE other candidates into the case study round for this one role.
Later learned they didn't hire anyone at all for the position. So they had 10 people do free work and hired nobody. Pretty obvious they were just farming for ideas, in hindsight.
Received little feedback and was completely ghosted afterward. Really disrespectful of candidates' time to string that many people along when they evidently had no real intention to hire. Standard practice is maybe 2-3 people max for case studies, not 10.
I'd avoid their hiring process entirely — Finni's founders (Bucky/Yilun) appear more interested in free consulting than actually filling roles!
