Recruiter reached out and told me I was going to be interviewed sometime soon, but didn't say when - said that would come later. Three weeks later I emailed them to ask what was going on and the lead technical recruiter emailed me asking if an interview the next day was fine. He called me half an hour late, asked purely yes/no questions about my experience, didn't ask a single open-ended question or ask whether I had any questions for him. Told me he'd get back to me with a decision the enxt week. They never got back to me.
