I filled out a questionnaire online prior to being called in for my interview. Once they’d checked my initial answers I was given a phone call and set up an interview with the employers. They asked me about my experience in the food industry, what my schedule looked like, what I had looked to work (how many hours a week), and was pretty much offered the job in the moment.
