Firehouse Subs General Manager interview questions

same as every other interview. I applied, they called back, and then I showed up. I called them and then I was offered a position. I really don't understand why I'm being forced to write 30 words just to get past this screen.

Initial phone interview, follow up interview with all owners, "worked" with the crew during a peak lunch....took about 2 months from initial contact to completion of background and offer being made.
