The entire application process is AI, and when I came into the restaurant for the interview the manager didn't even realize I would be there because the AI automated process automatically signs everyone up for an interview without approval from the manager. I found out as soon as I sat down to begin the interview that they are full staffed and not looking to hire anyone. So the whole process, from applying to preparing for the interview to coming to the location to having the interview, was a waste of my time.
