Asked for an interview via text and was offered one the next day. Extremely easy and there was no pressure at all. Manager asked just the general questions and the interview was very brief.

Pretty Simple. One-on-one interview, they will ask about yourself and if you have any experience with customer service. They will also ask how you can be helpful to their team

It was very weird I walked in they gave me weird looks and the interview its self was only two questions. They were very blunt and it didn't feel like an actual interview.
