Firehouse Subs interview questions

I filled out an application on Snagajob.com and about a week later was contacted by the GM at a store that was currently hiring. I applied at two closer locations, but neither of them were hiring so my application was passed along. I agreed to an interview that week. I showed up early, dressed nicely and smiling. I asked for the manager, was offered a drink and waited about ten minutes to be interviewed. The manager was intense and blunt but very friendly about her style and the way the business worked. She asked hypothetical questions and intently listened to my responses. She offered me a job the next day.

I went in person and asked for an application. A couple days later I got a call to come in for an interview and afterwards was hired.
