I applied online and received a call back within a few days. Set up an in person interview. When I got to the shop the manager was too busy to interview me and I waited 30 minutes to begin. The interview was very informal. I received an offer via email. I acceoted but it took about 4 weeks for me to actually start working. After starting the company failed to get me paid correctly for another three weeks. Not professional at all.
