As long as you have 3 ASE certs, can answer basic automotive questions and have a good personality the Interview is a breeze. Most times the lower management doesn't know details on what your gonna be doing, but they will find out if your lying about what you can do.

Fill out application, talk to store manager Alex about cars, experience level, pay, benefits. Spent about 2 hours total on the interview, shop tour, discussion of pay structure, etc. Shop is fairly old but well equipped. No AC which is typical of a mechanic shop.
