I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Firestone Complete Auto Care (Portland, OR) in May 2007
Interview
Interviews can take place anywhere from a fast food resturaunt to the Regional office. A heavy background in sales will land ANYONE a managment position at this company; however they do now require some kind of post secondary degree, but it can be waived with experience. Talking about big sales dollars and loving to help people is almost a shoe-in to land this position.
All managers positions will be held by the District Manager who always comes off as the smooth sales guy.

I applied online. I interviewed at Firestone Complete Auto Care (Detroit, MI)
Interview
Great benefits package when offered. Good health care with low deductible, vision and dental also very affordable. Plenty of PT offered but can be hard to use at times and a generous 401k option.
I interviewed at Firestone Complete Auto Care (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Lengthy interview process involving area manager and regional manager. It is a very guided conversation and strictly stuck with the questions they have previously held. I would recommend this company.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Firestone Complete Auto Care (Orlando, FL) in Sep 2019
Interview
Very open and informative. I was clearly told what was to be expected of me and what was needed. I was asked what I could do to help and what I would foresee that may need to get to my goals and the company goals. I was shown the support structure in place and was offered any extra assistance along the way.
