Applied online, had informal phone interview asking about experience/background, scheduled in person interview for the following week. In-person was pretty straightforward, asked simple questions, explained pay and benefits very clearly. Was offered a job before I left the room.

Easy and quick, asked simple questions and thoroughly described the position. Made salary clear and left room to negotiate. Left with a clear idea of when we would meet next and what to expect had they chose me for the position.
