The manager took me into the office and the interview took place there. Interview started with where I worked currently, which is with the food service industry. I explained I was trying to branch out and discover other possibilities. He asked me why I was choosing this company and I told him that I have always enjoyed working on cars and that I would like to learn more about them. He asked me a few other questions and then said that there were a few other people that he had to interview. It has been about 2 weeks and no call back.

Rigorous interrogation about knowledge of vehicle suspension/brakes, drivetrain systems with 4 employees; GM, service manager, floor technicians. Trick questions, answered with general garage know how and customer service attitude and culpability. Interview concluded with friendly discussion of craziest things we ever had to fix resulting in immediate job offer from a company with a location that knows absolutely what they are doing.

20 minute interview talking about your experience about all the things you know how to do mechanically and the manager explains to you the working hours and gives you a brief description of your own position and what is expected of you as a team.
