It was very easy but the back round take a while but when you do get the interview you are sure to get the job its not very hard to get the job so if you fail you must rethink what you say
Easy there was a recruiter at the community college I went to and he asked if I wanted the job I said yes then I was hired to work there super simple nothing to it

Verbal on phone at first then a walk through in the shop to meet the shop foreman and discuss my experience. Met with the owner of the franchise and discussed salary
