Really easy process. Mostly see if you can do the job vs having experience. If you have experience in the banking world is a plus. Training is delayed because of COVID.

An 30 minute phone interview. This is followed by an in person interview.
HR questions you for about 30-45 minutes followed up by a 1 hour with the Regional Manager and Branch Manager who does very little talking.
