Interview
I was referred by an employee. I had a phone interview followed by an on-site interview 2 weeks later. I was sick on the day of the interview but went ahead. It was conducted by the Hiring Manager and a senior BA. It went great because I had worked with some mutual acquaintances in the same industry and shared some of my best experiences working on projects. I stumbled over a simple question (below) and by then was feeling so ill I couldn't recover. Did not get the position, although I heard later that the position may have been canceled.

I applied online and was contacted by a talent acquisition coordinator for a phone interview. My interviewer was extremely kind and friendly. However, they did not give me a time-frame for a response and I received an email two weeks later saying that the position had been cancelled. I am disappointed by the lack of communication during this process.
