Interview
I attended a recruitment process some time back. It consisted of 4 rounds:
1. Written Aptitude and Technical Round.
2. Group Discussion.
3. Technical Interview.
4. HR Interview.
The written aptitude round was based on basic aptitude and technical questions. The logical reasoning was a bit tough in this part.
Group discussion will be mostly based on current affairs.

Coding- count the frequency of word .
Database questions- difference between char and varchar, inheritance concept using class and function, difference between method overloading and method overriding, what is call by value and call by reference, what is polymorphism.
