It is a very fairly easy and quick process (over all it took around 6 weeks for the entire process) . I applied for the position that I saw in Indeed in July first week. I got a initial call from HR in less than 2 weeks . After HR interview , I had 2 more rounds of phone interview with other team members (which is mostly technical) and then finally 1 in -person interview . overall the interview experience was great . never a guessing or waiting game. The HR recruiter was very courteous and was always keeping me in loop with whats happening with the process and was given offer letter very quickly. I really was impressed with every thing at the First American so I was positive I would accept their offer (if I get any from them) and was elated when they offered me the position and I was able to negotiate the salary a bit which is an added bonus.
