My profile was picked up from LinkedIn. I was told it was for a part time role as trainer. They had an evolved L&D dept. I spoke to the L&D lead, did a teachback, two rounds of facilitation. I was promised payment for the facilitation rounds since they were full sessions that I had to take. After that complete silence....... I kept trying to get in touch with HR person who had contacted me. But no response. I am quite surprised at their unprofessional behavior. Irrespective of their stand on whether they want to go ahead with me or not, they should have informed me. I had let go of other assignments because they had verbally committed to hiring me for four days a week.
