The interview was pleasant. Both recruiter and hiring manager demonstrated strong communication. Based on the interview experience and the people with whom I interacted, it seems First American is an excellent company.

We mainly covered my experience, focus, goals, then moved to discuss their journey, next steps, and where this role would fit in the big picture. The group seemed to have a great dynamic, so all positive feedback from what I can tell.
Process was clear. A recruiter screen and then two other rounds of interviews and work samples. Work samples (free work) took many hours to produce, I thought the interview with the Hiring Manager was great. I received an abrupt, short two sentence email rejection 48 hours after my interview.

I got the interview from an external recruiter. The director that interviewed me was very condescending-I lost interest in the company. Interviewers forget that we are also interviewing them. I didn't hear back from them but that's ok- the first impression was not worth pursuing.
