It is average interview process, includes 4 rounds of interview. 1st round aptitude test, 2nd round email writing, 3rd round HR round. In 1st round they gave basic accounts and finance related questions, and one balance sheet problem they give you have to answer that question. In second round 3 different scenarios given you have to choose one scenario and write email regarding that situation. In third round first they ask introduce about yourself, why FAI ?, Some personal questions
