Met with recruiter who seemed friendly and asked me basic question. She offered her phone number to be reachable via text or call if I had further questions. A few days later I was contacted to hold a video interview with the hiring manager. The interview questions were basic questions to go over my background, skills, and behavior type questions. A week went by and did not hear from the recruiter. I checked my dashboard on the careers website and said no longer under consideration. I reached out to the recruiter and asked for feedback about what held me back as a candidate and the recruiter ignored my request. She seemed very friendly at the start of the process.
