The interview process was very organized. HR Phone Screening, interview with the Hiring manager, interview with teams on technical questions, and then the last interview would be with their VP. I withdrew my application after having the interview with the team. The job posting is remote. Remote work has been the norm for the last 3 years. With remote work comes the typical child toddler every once in a while. They don't understand what an interview is nor do they care. Before my next interview, I was asked if onboarded can I relocate my office space to a more private area since they feel like having a toddler walk around would be a distraction and they don't want that moving forward. I'm sorry but this is 2023-2024. People have children, and everyone is stressed in some form or another. The last thing we need is overly controlling employers who can't sympathize with people's situations. This speaks a lot of their culture.
