I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at First American Financial Corporation in Oct 2023
Interview
There were three interviews in total (that I know of) - initial phone call, call with exec. assistant, and then call with head executive. After the third round I was ghosted despite them telling me "not to worry" I would hear back from them within a week. I never heard back from them even after following up.
I interviewed at First American Financial Corporation
Interview
Interviewed with the CFO and CEO of the residential division. Everyone was very kind. It was a great team. The benefits are good, the employee cafeteria at headquarters is a really good perk.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at First American Financial Corporation in Aug 2018
Interview
Pleasant experience, it happened within a matter of a few days. I did not get the position and it took a while for the recruiter to get back with me and inform me of the decision. I was recommened another position and told they would be in contact, followed up with them and was brushed off to the side. Everything else was great, up until the end.
