The rounds themselves were fair, but I will say that nearly every interviewer was wildly disrespectful of the process by being late and disruptive.
Every single interviewer was late 5+ minutes. For my second onsite round I interviewed with a Director and not only did he show up 5 minutes late, he started the interview not by introducing himself, but rather asking me to wait for him to finish up a message. Legit, this guy towards the end when candidates are supposed to ask questions after I ask my question he says "can you give me one second while I finish up this message?" and mutes his mic and goes off camera for at least 1-2 minutes.
First American employees are a very unprofessional bunch.

First technical round was basic coding.
System design round was basically about designing an ecommerce system.
Other coding rounds were standard leetcode contest like rounds. Which is a bit of a squeeze for 45 minutes given leetcode gives 1.5 hours for a contest..

Interview consisted of general discussion on projects, LLD discussion. The interviewer gave a DSA question and when I asked clarifying questions the interviewer told me that they keep changing the questions and I will need to read and understand it to explain it to you. I have no idea what the interviewer was expecting to test if they themselves had no idea what the question is.
