Interview
I first interviewed with the recruiter over the phone. It was a brief 30-minute call. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager which was another 30 minute Teams call. Then, I interviewed with a senior manager which was scheduled for an hour but only lasted about 45 minutes via Teams. All interviews were very conversational and not technical. I believe most, if not all, of the time spent in the interviews was to see if I fit the company's culture.

Interview
One phone call interview that was pretty casual. Then the next step is a 45-minute interview with 2 or 3 people on your team. The entire process should take around 2-3 weeks.
