The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a phone interview (with standard interview questions) where they asked you about general experience on your resume and why you're interested in First Citizens Bank. The second round consisted of about a two hour long online interview where you're rotated between managers/people at the company where they ask you questions about your experience, etc.

I first interviewed with the recruiter over the phone. It was a brief 30-minute call. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager which was another 30 minute Teams call. Then, I interviewed with a senior manager which was scheduled for an hour but only lasted about 45 minutes via Teams. All interviews were very conversational and not technical. I believe most, if not all, of the time spent in the interviews was to see if I fit the company's culture.
