First Commonwealth Bank Financial Solutions Specialist interview questions

It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked why I would be a good fit for the role. They asked about my financial background as well. They ended up hiring me and I stayed there for about a year.

Brief phone call with recruiter In person interview with Branch Manager. I was told I would be notified either way and I was not. I interviewed at 2 different branches for same position and I feel like I was ghosted. Total disrespect for my time! One manager told me that "we don't keep dead weight people around long" when I questioned her about branch sales and referral goals.
