1 hour assessment test followed by an interview. The assessment is a lot of technical questions which include ratios, calculations, and definitions. Interview is usually right after but depending on availability it could be a different day.

Hour long interview and an hour long test on financial statements. The financial statements has income statement, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Interview was very chill and they just asked about my resume and things the different classes that I took.

Very friendly chat with the team leaders and president who actually want to get to know you. Also shared valuable advice on how I can explore different areas in the bank to find one that suits me. Followed up by an hour exam to test my financial statement analytical skills.
