First Legal Project Manager interview questions

Initial phone screening with the HR girl and she later scheduled a TEAMs meeting with the hiring manager. You could tell they weren't on the same page and had wildly conflicting information which came across as highly unprofessional. The hiring manager asked incredibly irrelevant questions and you can tell he's never been a true leader in his life. He takes the entire 30 minute call to ask a bajllion of those irrelevant questions and then was annoyed when I had my own questions for him. He then lied to me and told me they'd have a decision by the end of the next week (which was over a month ago) and it looks like they're still interviewing more candidates. Gonna be tough to find someone good to fill this position considering he seems immensely insecure in his new role.
