The interview started with a call from a wonderful recruiter. Most of the conversation was about the awesome benefits and salary of the position. First Orion didn't beat around the bush about the compensation. It was already established from the first conversation. After the call with the recruiter it was off to the technical interview. After reading some of these reviews I was worried. However when I got to the technical interview it was more a conversation and down to earth. Learn some basic algos and you will do just fine.
