Two rounds of interviewing, first interview with an associate, about 30 min, final round back to back 30 min interviews. All behavioral questions, asked if I invested. Very friendly during the process, took a long time to send final round decisions.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at First Republic (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
One behavioral over-the-phone interview. As it was only an intern position, I did no prep work. Now that the company has been acquired by JPMC, the process and business model are likely very different.
The recruiters and employees were very direct and friendly. The culture seems to be very inclusive and loved their enthusiasm. Was a bit slow on the updates regarding the application, but overall the process was great.
