There are at least 4 stages (I made it to stage#3) and each interview is about 30 min. The position is not directly under First Republic, but rather under its subsidiary (Constellation Wealth Advisors). Constellation Wealth was acquired by First Republic back in 2015. The salary range is on the lower side 80k - 100k. After I found out that it is difficult to lateral into other positions within First Republic, I lost interest of the position. Unfortunately, I only found out this answer at the third stage. The fourth stage is supposed to be a case study.
