Very straight forward interview where you go through three different levels of interviews and I personally loved the whole process. It is an amazing place to work at and they treat their customers and employees very well!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at First Republic (Century City, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
I had two interviews scheduled that were conducted via Teams due to covid. Spoke to several people back to back. Well received and easy questions. Received an offer a few days after the second interview and began onboarding within a month.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at First Republic (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview was pleasant and very professional. I was interviewed by the Client Service Managers and their supervisor 2:1 and 1:1 followed by a banker since I would be working with the bankers and their clients. I was luckily enough to get interviewed on the same day by 3 individuals as the interview process can take much longer. The company wants to ensure they are hiring the right fit for the team. For example, you may be asked to return for 2 more interviews and may have 15 - 30 minute interviews with each individual. The team wants to ensure you will be the right individual they will be comfortable to work with.

Question 1
If I can remember correctly, one question was in regards to customer service and to give examples of former client problems you had to resolve. Tell us a time you had a client/customer issue that you had to resolve and what was the outcome?
