Interview
The interview process was structured and thorough. It began with an online assessment (OA) that tested problem-solving and coding skills. Next, there was a phone screen, where I discussed technical concepts and walked through a coding challenge. Finally, I had a series of behavioral and technical interviews that evaluated both my coding proficiency and my ability to work in teams, communicate effectively, and handle challenging situations. Throughout, the interviewers were professional, and I appreciated the feedback at each stage. It felt balanced between testing technical ability and cultural fit.
Screening is simple. They want to get to know you personally to see if you're a good fit and what you bring to their tight-knit community. The talent team is very nice.
